The Travel Skirt

This unique Travel Skirt pleats up neatly onto its own self belt. It easily rolls up for packing and requires no ironing. The belt is threaded through buttonholes at the top of the skirt. The 12 panel skirt has an 8 button front closure, is fitted at the waist, and gently skims the hips. The topstitched panels create a pleated effect. A very slimming skirt for every figure!

"About a month ago I let you know I was using your Traveling Skirt pattern for a Make it With Wool Contest here in Michigan. I entered in the adult class and made a Vintage Vogue jacket pattern with the skirt. I used Black 100% wool suiting for the skirt and I won the contest. Now I will forward it to the national panel in WI and by the 1st part of January I'll find out if I won the National. If that should happen I will go to the National in Reno NV. Let me tell you, your skirt pattern was the delight of the contest. Every judge looked at the skirt, the construction and the pattern. They all loved the fit. Thank you for the perfect pattern.

All my graditude"
